Payments are accepted using Visa, Mastercard, American express and PayPal. Certified check or money order is also acceptable. Purchase Order (PO) is only accepted for Canadian and American Schools and governments. COD orders are not acceptable. Please see more detail below.
Online Payment
All online purchases are processed on a secure server powered by PayPal. You will be directed to the paypal site for payment then returned to our site. We have chosen to partner with PayPal to ensure secure processing of your credit card information. Your Credit Card Information is not stored in any way by RobotBuy.
When placing your order online, review your order at checkout to ensure it is exactly what you wish to order. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Should you find an error, please e-mail us at customerservice@robotbuy.ca and we will correct any mistake before processing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we can not make any corrections. Our returns policy will then apply.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online payment. If you prefer, you can reach us by phone (at 519-954-2086) with credit card details.
PayPal
It is also possible to make an electronic balance transfer via PayPal to: sales@robotbuy.ca. You can choose this method directly during the online payment process. If this is a special order, please either send us an email at this same address or call us at 1-519-954-2086 regarding your order. Once your purchase has been accepted, you can proceed with your payment.
Purchase Order:
Purchase order is accepted only for Schools and governments in Canada and USA. The Purchase Order needs to be on the school letterhead and signed by the purchasing department with an official purchase number on it. You may send it by fax at 519-342-2267. 30-day Net Term. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Purchase order in case where an account has an outstanding balance.
