All products are bound by the warranty policies from the manufacturer. RobotBuy abides by the policies of the manufacturer. Beyond the 10-day period following receipt of the product, you can contact RobotBuy or directly with the manufacturer. RobotBuy is a reseller of many products and is not responsible in any case for the failure of a product manufactured by another company. However, RobotBuy, as a distributor of many manufactures, is willing to help our customers communicate with the manufacturer for the after-sale service.
For robot kits after assembled and soldered together, they may not be refunded and exchanged. The warranty may not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been soldered or altered during assembly. Please read the user’s manual and installation guide carefully before you start building the kits. RobotBuy is not responsible for any mistakes caused by customers during building the kits.
All products sent back to RobotBuy on warranty will be inspected in order to determine if the problem was caused by a manufacturer problem or customer’s mistake.
